For the past four years, I’ve helped businesses scale and build their product systems. I’m most interested in the part of enterprise software where the user is an expert and the tool is slowing them down.

Fixing that is rarely just a design problem. I partner closely with product managers and engineers, making thoughtful tradeoffs between what users need, what the business is after, and what’s buildable this quarter, while advocating for the details that carry the most impact.
